We are not only licensed auctioneers, but we also hold a Florida Real Estate Broker's license. We are business brokers who have sold many on-going business operations. We currently auction or liquidate the contents of over 100 food service establishments per year all across the United States. We conduct live public auctions on-site or in one of our auction houses/showrooms. We have a total of 50,000 sq. ft. of auction house/showroom where we can handle any type of auction of any size.

We also utilize the internet for our auctions with live & absentee online bidding. This enables us to entertain bids from all over the world. It's not uncommon to have several hundred bidders from many different countries at one of our auctions when we utilize this method of marketing.
