I contacted you in January of 99 to inquire about an auction involving a 20-year-old restaurant. Although some of the equipment was well used it brought more than a fair price. Your return calls were prompt and you answered all questions honestly, (several competitors did not.) You made promises, and kept them. You were punctual and prepared at all times; these attributes are very rare in Florida. Your disbursement was in fact several days before your originally projected time, and you even offered to drop the check off as well, but I elected to pick it up as I was in your area anyway. When I did, I was again impressed by your warehouse facilty. You carry an extensive inventory, in a well-organized office with substantial support staff. The auction was well publicized and brought a substantial number of buyers, one from Wellington (Cobblers Restaurant.) Ironically, I ate dinner there on what was once my own table.
