** Internet Bidding Terms and Conditions of Auction**

Registration: For identity verification purposes bidder must provide a valid credit card in order to be approved to participate in the auction. Bidder acknowledges and accepts all terms and conditions of the Auction as printed hereon, as announced at time of Auction, including without limitation the following:

Registration Deposit: At Least 48 Hours Prior to Auction - 10% (Ten percent) deposit of your Max Bid for EACH ITEM – Bank Wire Transfer (contact us for instructions), Cash, Cashier’s Check made payable to Lauro LLC. (With Auctioneer approval), Zelle to info@lauroauction.com, Refundable If No Purchases Are Made or Applied Towards Your Purchases. Invoices will be emailed after the auction ends and The balance is due in full immediately after the auction closes upon receiving invoice emailed by Proxibid but no later than 5:00 pm of the next business day following the auction. All payments must be in the form of cash, Zelle, certified funds or bank wire transfer unless other arrangements have been approved in advance.

Payment: Notification of successful bids will be made immediately following the End of Auction. Payment is due immediately upon receipt of invoice. In the event that the buyer of any lot fails to pay the purchase price thereof when due, the Auctioneer shall have the option, at its sole discretion, to (a) Hold the Purchaser liable for the bid price; (b) Cancel the specific sale, retaining any and all payments made by the Purchaser as liquidated damages; or (c) Resell the property, without notice, at public or private sale. In such event, the original Purchaser shall be liable for any deficiency, sale costs, commission, storage and any extra expenses, including attorney's fees. In all of the above, the defaulting Purchaser will be solely responsible for the legal fees of both parties, if applicable. Venue for any litigation is agreed to be in Broward County, Florida. Please do not bid if you don’t plan to fully honor your obligation to adhere to all of these terms and conditions and pay your bill in full by the deadline announced, otherwise you will forfeit your right to participate in future auctions on Proxibid.

Checkout: Checkout starts Tuesday November 4, 2025 10:00am-3:00pm. All purchases must be paid for in full prior to removal and removal of all purchases must be completed by Wednesday November 5, 2025 3:00pm (unless prior arrangements have been approved by Lauro Auctioneers). Buyer must schedule an appointment for pick-up by calling 954-760-9333. Time is of the essence immediately following the close of the auction so plan accordingly your payments and scheduling of pick-ups to be in compliance with the terms and conditions you are agreeing to by registering for this auction.

Shipping: Shipping arrangements and costs are the responsibility of the buyer. All lots must be removed from the auction site by Wednesday November 5, 2025 3:00pm. Any lot not removed from the site by Wednesday November 5, 2025 3:00pm will be deemed abandoned and be promptly disposed of or resold for Auctioneer's account.

Liability: All persons attending the auction or removing goods assume all risk of damage or loss to persons or property. The Auctioneer, Auction Company and Seller shall be released from any and all liability.

Bids: All Lots are sold by the Quantity. “All For One” means there is a quantity of 1 in the lot. “Times The Money” means there is a quantity greater than 1 in the lot. If you bid on an “All For One” lot and your bid is $100 then the total bid price would be $100. If you bid on a “Times The Money” lot and your bid is $100 then the total bid price would be determined by the quantity in the lot (Ex: Lot#1 has (5) in the quantity X’s your bid amount of $100 totals $500 for the lot). The highest bidder to be the buyer. If during the auction the Auctioneer considers that a dispute has arisen he has absolute authority to settle it or to re-offer the lot. The auctioneer may elect to award tie bids to the absentee bidder, if applicable. Auctioneer reserves the right to place bids on behalf of absentee bidders who don’t have an online account with Proxibid.
