They are perfect for holding a variety of Asian sauces like eel, wasabi, shoyu, spicy mayo, ponzu and sriracha. And if you plan on serving tempura too, we’ve got you covered.
Presently, our inventory includes a hand-operated, fryer oil filter machine on 8-inch casters. It’s a MirOil 55HS and features a two-way pump. So you can use it to conveniently service 50-pound volume fryers when needed. Oh, and we currently have those types of commercial deep fryers in stock too.
