American Range brand cooking systems have been a respected part of the restaurant industry since the 70s. Unfortunately, for chefs looking to branch out on their own, they can also be an exceedingly pricey investment. For those that find themselves in that situation, financial relief may be found at our fall auctions in Miami. Why? At the moment we have components from the company’s AR Series available for purchase.
The AR Series consists of essential, heavy-duty ranges and ovens that come with a lot of notable features, including safety shut-offs and push button ignitions. One of the ranges, the AR-4, has the ability to generate more than 150,000 BTUs. It comes with four, two-piece burners. The burners feature their own standing pilot light, wide drip pans and cast iron grates. Oh, and as long as our American Range inventory lasts, there’s also a chance to pick up a six burner too.
In addition to the AR Series, our auctions in Miami may include new items from the company’s AERB line of infra-red radiant char broilers. The AERB-24s and AERB-36s are very nice. Both are 30-inches deep and 10-inches high. However, the 24s have two burners and the 36s have six. So you can expect the 24s to generate around 60,000 BTUs and the 36s to produce 90,000. Like other models in the series, they also have cast iron grates, grease runners, pans and angled radiants. There’s the option of adding fish grates and extended legs as well, which many chefs find extremely convenient.
Of course American Range manufacturers more than just heavy-duty ranges and char broilers. They’ve got basket-style fryers, stock pot stoves, open burner hot plates and full-size convection ovens too. Presently, we have them on our Miami auctions list but suspect that they won’t sit around for long.
