Our South Florida auction company knows just how vital blast chillers are to the majority of restaurateurs. Not only do they safely cool down precooked food, they also have the potential to help maintain product quality, extend storage times, lower operating expenses and make adhering to HACCP guidelines easy. That’s partly why we are so thrilled to have gently used, Friginox blast chillers for sale at our South Florida locations.
There are obviously a variety of great, Friginox blast chillers available on the market. The units are traditionally constructed out of 304 stainless steel, injected insulation (polyurethane) and door magnetic gaskets. Some are designed specifically for combo oven loaders and trolleys. Others also feature added extras, like built-in work tops and under tables.
Most of the company’s blast chillers also have high tech control systems that come with a variety of options. Those options include, but aren’t restricted to:
- Adjustable Program Cycle Boards with 20+ Settings
- Data Transfer Interface Capabilities
- 100% Automatic Printers
- Automatic Help and Timer Mode
- Door Alarm and Built-in Monitoring
Our latest acquirement is part of the company’s RR line, which is known for being able to reduce a buffet pan’s contents down to a HACCP approved, core temperature within a 110-minute cycle. It has many of the same characteristics that we mentioned previously. Plus, it’s a one-door, self-contained condenser, roll-in model. So it may be paired with 30-inch wide, 73-inch tall and 24-inch deep trolleys with no problems of note. In addition the roll-in blast chillers are generally easy to clean, thanks to no-sill floors, water jet safe fans, anti-corrosion treated components and removable fittings.
